Co-European Finance

The truckstop has a budget of €7m with €2,5m being funded by the European Commission. This money is spent on the construction of the Truckstop, which includes:

• 250 Parking Spaces
• Controlled access for trucks and pedestrians,
• Commercial building with restaurant, showers and toilets facilities, rest area, WIFI zone, bar and snack zone
• Fencing
• Digital CCTV systems
• Security control room communications
• Park lighting (electric power supply in case of electric shortage)
• Landscaping

 

Site Details

The Truckstop is open daily 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The site operates a unique scheme with parking costs varying depending on the amount of time spent at the site. From Monday to Friday from 9 to 12 hours spent on site, parking costs €16,50 (inc. VAT) and includes a voucher for a shower, redeemable in the restaurant. 24 hours of parking costs € 25,00 (inc. VAT) and a weekend special for 48hours costs € 30,00 (inc. VAT).
